HTCC event meeting for kids

This is not a library sponsored event.

Purpose of Meeting

Kids will be meeting to practice and plan on few things for the upcoming community event.
There will be around 45-50 members maximum( Kids and their parents) with few leaders( adults ) who will manage them and will need space.
