Today's information landscape is the most complex in human history, and the need for news literacy has never been greater. A 2019 Pew Research Center Study found that only a minority of adults could correctly differentiate between fact and opinion in media sources. Join Jill Hofmockel, News Literacy Project Ambassador, to learn the news literacy skills necessary to be smart, active consumers of news and information and equal and engaged participants in democracy. Registration is appreciated.
