A regular meditation practice can help you cultivate patience, kindness and inner peace. This 3-week meditation series taking place on Wednesday, February 14, Wednesday, February 21, and Wednesday, February 28 from 10:30am to 11:30am is the perfect mid-week de-stresser. Connect with other members of your community and experience the power of meditating in a group. Each session will have some mindfulness information including different types of meditation, resilience, and stress reduction, followed by 30 minutes of practice.
These sessions are facilitated by Meetu Sharma. Meetu is a 200+ -hour certified Yoga Teacher with a deep interest in the ancient practice of deep breathing called Pranayama. She lives a holistic lifestyle and is a regular practitioner of various meditation techniques.
All levels of experience are welcome at these free classes. If you own a yoga mat or a towel and would like to bring it, you are more than welcome. Chairs will also be available.
