Join us for a morning yoga flow! Kids and caregivers will flow through a short yoga class, with a story. Together you will learn simple yoga poses, mindfulness techniques, and movement games.

Beginners and experienced adventurers welcome! Bring a character or use one of our premade characters. We will meet monthly. 6th-12th grade. Registration required. This event is part of a combined series.
