The West Meeting Room will accommodate up to 60 seats without tables or up to 28 seats with tables. The West Meeting Room is preset in a rectangular pattern to seat 28 people. You are welcome to rearrange the room, however, at the end of your meeting, please reset the room to the original arrangement. The room includes a ceiling-mounted projector with VGA and HDMI hook-ups.
