The Iowa Honey Queen is the chief promoter of honey products and the beekeeping industry in Iowa and act as the public image of the Iowa Honey Producer Association. The duties of the Honey Queen are to promote the value of the honeybee, beekeeping, and the consumption of honey through educational programming across the state.
